R\u00edo Grande do Sul, BRASIL.\" width=\"720\" height=\"405\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/UdoW49FQFlA?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our route will start in Gramado and we will put destinations to Bento Gon\u00e7alves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can also do this route from Gramado on an armed tour \u25ba<strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.civitatis.com\/es\/gramado\/tour-vale-vinhedos\/?aid=10563&amp;cmp=postvinhedos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Wine tour of the Vale dos Vihedos<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The previous name to the current Bento Gon\u00e7alves was Dona Isabel and together with what is now Garibaldi they received the first wave of Italian immigrants in 1876 and 1877, Italians coming from the north of the Tyrol area and who colonized what we know today as the valley of the vineyards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"text-align:center;\"><iframe class=\"civitatis-iframe\" src=\"https:\/\/www.civitatis.com\/widget-activities\/?affiliated=10563&amp;display=comfort&amp;cant=1&amp;lang=es&amp;currency=EUR&amp;destination=4453&amp;activities=160035&amp;transfer=0&amp;cmp=Widget_ESpostgramado&amp;width=100%&amp;hideButton=0&amp;centerContent=1&amp;typeSelection=manual&amp;color=5f9ea0&amp;typography=Montserrat&amp;removeBackground=1&amp;showShadow=1&amp;roundedButtons=1\" width=\"100%\" frameborder=\"0\" data-maxwidth=\"100%\" style=\"max-width: 100%\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 1878 another 25 families came, in 1879 another 17, and in 1880 another 3, coming from Lombardy, mainly from Mantua and Cremona.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u25ba<strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.civitatis.com\/es\/gramado\/tour-inmigracion-italiana-gramado\/?aid=10563&amp;cmp=postvinhedos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Italian immigration tour of Gramado<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are welcomed in Bento Gon\u00e7alves by a large barrel that gives us a preview of what this route will be like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/europaacompanada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/vinedos-3.jpg\" alt=\"It's worth two winds\" class=\"wp-image-10271\" srcset=\"https:\/\/europaacompanada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/vinedos-3.jpg 800w, https:\/\/europaacompanada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/vinedos-3-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/europaacompanada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/vinedos-3-600x338.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Vale dos Vinhedos District was created by municipal law in 1990 and had its name suggested by the community due to its location and landscape: a valley full of vineyards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This area produces quality wines &nbsp;and sparkling wines, which are made from varieties grown and processed in the region. Among others, Cabernet Sauvignon,&nbsp; Chardonnay,&nbsp; Tannat&nbsp; and Merlot &nbsp;are grown. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"text-align:center;\"><iframe class=\"civitatis-iframe\" src=\"https:\/\/www.civitatis.com\/widget-activities\/?affiliated=10563&amp;display=comfort&amp;cant=1&amp;lang=es&amp;currency=EUR&amp;destination=4439&amp;activities=143530&amp;transfer=0&amp;cmp=Widget_ESpostvinhedos&amp;width=100%&amp;hideButton=0&amp;centerContent=1&amp;typeSelection=manual&amp;color=5f9ea0&amp;typography=Montserrat&amp;removeBackground=1&amp;showShadow=1&amp;roundedButtons=1\" width=\"100%\" frameborder=\"0\" data-maxwidth=\"100%\" style=\"max-width: 100%\"><\/iframe><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the entrance of this route we will find the map and in it the layout of it, this valley covers areas of the municipalities of the already named Bento Gon\u00e7alves, Garibaldi and Monte Belo do Sul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/europaacompanada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/vinedos-2.jpg\" alt=\"It's worth two winds\" class=\"wp-image-10275\" srcset=\"https:\/\/europaacompanada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/vinedos-2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/europaacompanada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/vinedos-2-768x432.jpg 768w, https:\/\/europaacompanada.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/vinedos-2-600x338.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wineries such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.miolo.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Miolo<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pizzato.net\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Pizzato<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cavedepedra.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cava de Pedra<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.casavalduga.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Casa Valduga<\/a>, carpet the tour, several of them offer a guided tour to tour their facilities and learn a little more about the valley and the production.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Next to these establishments we also find inns where we can stay. And from here we can also continue along the Estrada del Sabor and take the opportunity to taste some typical products of the area. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The road takes us to Monte Belo do Sul.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We have two beautiful viewpoints in this city, the first one next to the arch that welcomes us in Monte Belo do sur, with beautiful views of the valley, I recommend stopping.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">And the second one in the city with views towards Bento Gon\u00e7alves and a truly wonderful valley.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We left Monte Belo do Sul to continue towards Garibaldi and finish the tour there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It is a route to take slowly, stopping and enjoying the scenery, it is a highly recommended tour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you like wine tourism routes, you can take a look at the route through the <strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/europaacompanada.com\/en\/route-des-grands-crus-the-vineyards-of-burgundy-france\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Burgundy region in France<\/a><\/em><\/strong> and I can tell you in advance that there is a Champagne route in France and the Bordeaux region coming up, all this for wine lovers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"text-align:center;\"><iframe
