I&#8217;d been wanting to visit for a while, and the atmosphere seemed like something written by a film scriptwriter. The Hotel Eden has that kind of magnetism: no matter how much you&#8217;ve read about it, standing in front of its doors gives you a different feeling. You know it as soon as you step inside: this place holds more than memories. Founded in the late 19th century by German businessmen with the vision of building a European-class hotel in the heart of South America, it quickly became a meeting place for the Argentine and international elite. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">During its golden age, it received visits from figures such as Albert Einstein and the Prince of Wales. It was synonymous with luxury, modernity, and exclusivity. But with the passage of time and the country&#8217;s political and economic ups and downs, the hotel gradually fell into disrepair, accumulating not only dust but also a good dose of myth.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The guided tour we took was key to understanding this experience. The guide was excellent. He gave us a detailed account of what it was like to live there as a guest&#8230; and also what it was like to work in that gigantic building. Every corner seems designed to dazzle&#8230; and to hide something. The legends surrounding the hotel have also transformed it into a paranormal tourist attraction.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some people claim to have heard footsteps in empty rooms, or seen shadows crossing closed corridors. While we didn&#8217;t witness anything out of the ordinary, it&#8217;s true that the atmosphere had something special about it. Perhaps it was the rain, or the collective imagination, but in certain sections of the tour, the silence was heavy.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The guide also told us stories from the era, including how, during World War II, the hotel was linked to the Nazi regime. Evidence is scarce, but clues abound: oral tradition, names, old records. Beyond documentary truth, the narrative has made Eden a layered place, where history and imagination intertwine.  <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"What_is_the_guided_tour_of_Hotel_Eden_like_A_complete_experience\"><\/span>What is the guided tour of Hotel Ed\u00e9n like? From the very first minute, we realized this wasn&#8217;t just any old tour. The guide not only had a good grasp of the information, but also knew how to tell it, how to draw us into each anecdote. He told us about daily life at the hotel, the luxury of staying there, and the routine of the staff who ran it. Some are decorated with artifacts to recreate the period, which helps us better visualize what life was like there more than a century ago. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We were accompanied at all times by several dogs who apparently live on the property. It was beautiful how they followed us along the paths, as if they were guardians of Eden. The atmosphere there changes: stone walls, dim lighting, and the aroma of wood and aged wine. It was the icing on the cake: we enjoyed a tasting of local wines, which completed a multisensory experience.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The spacious and slightly wild park makes you imagine what the guests&#8217; walks were like in its heyday. Walking through it, you understand why this hotel was considered a gem. There we bought a book with historical information about Eden, magnets, and some handmade alfajores made on-site. Everything was carefully designed, respecting the identity of the place. And they agreed. Capturing that architecture from above was a delight. The shots were spectacular, and will undoubtedly be a key part of our audiovisual content.   <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This type of creative tourism, which combines diverse experiences such as drone filming, makes each visit unique.
