The White Cliffs of Dover
Afterwards, we went to the famous White Cliffs of Dover. They are very beautiful, and the views of the sea are stunning.
A tip: you’ll find great views just 400 meters along the path from the parking lot. If you’re only interested in the cliffs, I don’t think there’s any need to go much further—unless you want to do the coastal walk all the way to the lighthouse.
Canterbury
Our last stop was Canterbury. Canterbury Cathedral is impressive and worth a visit.

But for me, the best thing about Canterbury is getting lost in its streets. Among the must-sees, I would include the Cathedral, the Buttermarket, Mercery Lane, Westgate, and the Westgate Gardens riverside area.
